Welcome to your Daily Desires Worksheet! I am so excited to be holding space for you to create the life of your dreams.
First, download your worksheet by clicking here.
Print off a new worksheet for every day. Each morning, take a few moments to connect with your NOW. I like to do mine following a short meditation.
Spend a few moments listing all of the things you are grateful for that have happened in the last 24-hours or so (or since you last filled out a Daily Desires). Take this opportunity to feel the joy in the gratitude.
Next, jot down your goals for today. What’s on your to-do list? Why are you doing those things? What do you desire to accomplish?
Now, looking at your goals, decide who you need to be in order to have all of those goals reach their fullest potential. For example, if a goal today is to stay on your diet and work out, your “I AM” statement could be “I AM healthy”.
If your goal is to close a big deal and grow your business, it could be “I AM successful”. Think about the outcome – if all your dreams and goals are achieve, what is the end result? Now become that.
As you go about your day, making choices, and living into the now, remind yourself of who you are. (That’s the cool thing about those I AM statements – it’s not who you want to be, it’s a declaration of who you actually are. You really are all those wonderful characteristics you’ve chosen.)
